What makes a good story?

Be specific. "We went live three months late" is fine. "We went live three months late because the sign-off process required physical signatures and the stakeholder was climbing Kilimanjaro" is better.
No names. Don't name the client, the company, the PM, or anyone else. It's not about them. It's about the pattern.
The turn. The best stories have a moment — the call where it all fell apart, the message that landed at 11pm, the stakeholder who reappeared the day before go-live.
Keep it honest. Include your own mistakes if they're part of the story. The best ones do.
